Welcome to Gallery NA & Shared Ground Studio. By accessing our website, purchasing a membership, or utilizing our studio space, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Memberships and Programs
- Program Duration: Guided Studio programs (Drawing, Painting, Ceramics, and Minhwa) operate on a 13-week schedule.
- Open Studio Sessions: Memberships include a specific number of 3-hour Open Studio sessions per week based on your selected tier (e.g., 1 session, 2 sessions, 3 sessions, or 7 sessions).
- Reservations: Advanced booking is required for all Open Studio sessions. Members must book within the session limits of their active plan.
- Instruction: Independent and Advanced Independent Memberships do not include formal instruction.
2. Payments, Renewals, and Cancellations
- Billing: Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless a 3-month paid-in-full option is selected.
- Automatic Renewal: Monthly memberships and subscriptions will automatically renew until canceled by the member.
- Payment Processing: All transactions are securely processed via Square. By purchasing a membership, you agree to Square’s terms of service regarding recurring billing.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time prior to your next billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months or unused studio sessions.
3. Studio Etiquette and Safety
- Respect for Space: Members must respect the studio environment, shared materials, and the work of other artists.
- Clean-up: Members are responsible for cleaning their workstations and tools at the end of their designated 3-hour session.
- Materials: Basic materials are included in Guided and Independent memberships. Specialized or excess materials must be provided by the artist.
- Liability: Gallery NA & Shared Ground Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property or artwork left in the studio. Use of studio equipment is at your own risk.
4. Modifications to Services and Pricing
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any program, class, or Open Studio schedule with reasonable notice. We also reserve the right to update membership pricing; current members will be notified in advance of any price changes affecting their recurring subscriptions.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the studio shall be resolved in the applicable courts of Virginia.
